Dr. Daniel C. Mills, M.D.
Daniel C. Mills, M.D., F.A.C.S. is nationally renowned cosmetic surgeon who is a part of a strong legacy in medicine - a family that has grown to include at least sixteen physicians. Dr. Mills constantly strives to utilize his education and experience, not only carry on this family legacy in the medical profession, but to leave a lasting footprint on the lives of his patients and his community as well.
He earned his degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and finished his general surgery post-graduate education at Wright State University. He then went on to complete his plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio and afterwards elected for an additional fellowship year of specialty training in aesthetic surgery in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Mills is dedicated to providing patients with the safest, most advanced options available in medicine and has cultivated this passion throughout his 15 years of experience in private practice. Recognized throughout the country for his innovations and contributions to the art and science of plastic surgery, he also has taught for over a decade at Loma Linda University, has published numerous books and papers, and has presented plastic surgery topics to both national and international audiences.
Dr. Mills serves in a variety of roles for distinguished professional organizations, including a member of the Ethics Committee for the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Vice President of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, and a member of the Membership Committee for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also a member of other prestigious groups, including the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Plastic Surgery.
In addition to being an acclaimed surgeon, Dr. Mills is a compassionate humanitarian as well. He thoroughly believes in using his plastic surgery skills to benefit the lives of others and has proudly partnered with organizations such as "Amigos de los Ninos" and Operation Good Samaritan to provide plastic and reconstructive surgery for impoverished children with congenital and acquired deformities. In addition to these critical missionary trips, Dr. Mills works hand-in-hand with Community Services Project, removing visible tattoos that can handicap employment opportunities for reformed gang members.

For my entire life, I have had light skin and freckles. As a teenager I would bake in the sun and, of course, after the burn (which would turn to tan) wore off, I would have even more freckles and sometimes blisters. I continued to tan (and burn) throughout my twenties and thirties, then came to my senses and stopped. However, the damage had been done. From the sun damage there continues to be pre-skin cancer spots and frequent trips to the dermatologist for removal of them. With the "blue peel" the top layer of skin is removed (and also the pre-skin cancer spots) and underneath is a smooth layer of new skin. Dr. Mills and his clinical aestheticians continue to give my skin the best possible care with frequent micropeels and an occasional "blue peel". The "blue peel" has made me look years younger (along with the micropeels).
