Dr. Richard Ellenbogen, M.D.
One of the most published and innovative plastic surgeons, Dr. Richard Ellenbogen has written textbooks and scientific journal articles on facelift, eyelid surgery, forehead lift, breathing and cosmetic nasal surgery, underarm breast enlargement, and liposuction techniques, as well as research on silicone. Many of the techniques he has helped create are used and referred to by plastic surgeons all over the world today.
A two time recipient of the American Medical Association Physicians Recognition Award, Dr. Ellenbogen is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons, and a clinical instructor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. Ellenbogen keeps current by attending and lecturing at international conferences at least once each year.
